Born in the city of Oran, Algeria. Ismahane Tabet Aoul was marked from his childhood by the complicit visits with his father in art galleries.
Sensitive to painting and sculpture, she started by scribbling sketches and then painted her own paintings. Then Ismahane became fascinated by the portrait and the female body.
After her studies at the School of Fine Arts, Ismahane took a radical decision; evolving in her creative expression with photography. The fashion industry fascinated her and she naturally specialized in fashion and portrait photography.
A few years later, Ismahane undertook a trip to Paris and as she continued her journey, she never looked back.
Her inspiration comes from her passion for art, fashion and beauty.
But her great source of inspiration remains the woman in her modernity and elegance. Coco Chanel, Audrey Hepburn, Milla Jovovich, Sherihan, Asmahane Elatrache, Coco Rocha, Constance Jablonski, are these inspiring models of feminine strength and elegance.
She has a will to transmit and revisit what she carries within her, through her culture and her origins. Ismahane has fun shaking up the codes.
Ismahane likes to create timeless, luminous and emotional images that privilege natural light.
Feminist and entrepreneurial, Ismahane continues her journey to discover new experiences.
She currently resides in Saint-Etienne, France with her husband and assistant Thierry and their son Imran. She travels regularly for assignments, working between France and Algeria.
